3. Live Zoom Classes, Recordings & Female Student Modesty
Because we deliver live online courses across 15+ countries, we observe the highest standards of Islamic modesty (Purdah/Hijab) and digital privacy:
- Camera Optional for Sisters: Female students and sisters attending live Zoom classes are welcome to keep their video cameras turned off throughout the session and interact exclusively via microphone or live text chat.
- Class Lecture Recordings: Live Zoom lectures are recorded in HD for revision and made available strictly to enrolled students in that specific batch via secure private links.
4. Data Security & Storage
We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to safeguard your personal data against unauthorized access, loss, alteration, or misuse:
- HTTPS / SSL encryption across all website interactions.
- Restricted administrative access strictly limited to authorized institute staff.
- Password-protected Zoom meeting links with waiting rooms to prevent unauthorized disruptions.
